In-house, start to finish

Operations Team

Your loan officer owns the relationship. This team owns the file behind them — processing and closing under the same roof, not a rotating processor you never met at a warehouse. That is how Integrity still controls the transaction from application to funding.

Heather Treadwell

Heather Treadwell

Operations Manager · with Integrity since 2017

Heather leads Operations for Integrity Mortgage Corporation of Texas — the work that sits behind every loan officer and every file. That includes processing and closing, so a loan stays in-house from application to funding. It also includes the people side of the company: payroll and employee benefits, so the team that takes care of clients is taken care of too. Operations, for Heather, is the whole machine — the file, the close, and the staff who make both possible.

Mary Wilson

Closing Manager · with Integrity since 2021

Mary is Closing Manager. For 15+ years she worked with Integrity Mortgage as a representative of the attorney firm that handled the company’s closings. She was instrumental in bringing document preparation and closing in-house — so the last stretch of the file sits under the same roof as the loan officer, not at an outside shop. She oversees preparation and closing of residential mortgage loans, with a focus on detail and getting clients to the table smoothly and on time.

Assigned to your file

Processors and closers sit in-house with the loan officer who took your application. Ask who is on your file — you will get a name, not a ticket number. That is the difference between a mortgage banker who funds the loan and a shop that ships the file out.
