The Bazzell family

Ownership Team

Pam, Keith, and John Bazzell lead Integrity Mortgage — a multigenerational company that still owns the file from application to funding.

Pam Bazzell

Pam Bazzell

Chief Executive Officer

Pam Bazzell is Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Mortgage Corporation of Texas — the company she and her husband, Roger, founded in 1993. What began as a husband-and-wife shop is now a multigenerational mortgage banker: family-owned, referral-driven, and still in control of the file from application to funding.

Pam has stepped more fully into leadership. She is selective about the clients she takes on, and she spends her time where it matters most: advising families, mentoring loan officers, and protecting the standard the company was built on. Treat the client as more than a closing. Under-promise and over-deliver. Stay with the relationship after the keys.

That culture is how Integrity grew through one of the worst financial crises in U.S. history, adding people, market share, and branches along the way.

When she is not leading the company, Pam is an avid golfer and spends time with her grandchildren.

Keith Bazzell

Keith Bazzell

Chief Development Officer

Keith Bazzell is Chief Development Officer. He joined the family business in 2000 after earning a bachelor’s degree in business management finance from East Texas Baptist University. Today he leads how Integrity grows — people, partners, and the relationships that still bring nearly every new file in the door.

Development here is not a marketing budget. It is loan officers who keep their word, Realtor partners who close on time, and a brand that gets its next client from the last one. Keith’s charge is the same one his parents founded the company on: trust first, then delivery.

Keith and his wife, Randi, have four children. In his free time he hunts, fishes, and coaches baseball.

John Bazzell

John Bazzell

Chief Operations Officer

John Bazzell is Chief Operations Officer. He has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. After earning a degree in Business Administration at Point Loma Nazarene University, he brought an educational and Christian approach to how Integrity runs a file — not only how a loan is originated.

Operations, for John, means clients understand the home-buying process, not just the lending side, and that the company still owns every step from application to funding. If they leave well-informed, the job is done. Service is the key, and referrals drive the business. Relationships — and knowing the work was done right — matter more than selling a client.

That is the standard he holds for the company.
