Integrity Mortgage Corporation of Texas has helped families in Dallas/Fort Worth buy homes for more than 30 years. Roger and Pam Bazzell founded the company in 1993. Roger brought years of retail lending experience from some of the country’s largest banks and turned it into a customer-service standard few lenders match. Pam brought an intentional, personal approach to sales — still the blueprint for how we hire and train loan officers.

Timing, under-promising and over-delivering, and earning referrals grew a husband-and-wife shop into a multigenerational mortgage bank. We control the loan from application to funding.

A client here is more than a closing. The company has grown on personal referrals. Our Realtor relationships work as a team, with one goal: close on time, every time, at a competitive cost. That has led to long partnerships in the industry — and clients who come back for a second home, a third, and beyond.

After Dodd-Frank reshaped mortgage lending, Roger began handing more of the work to his sons, Keith and John Bazzell. The founding family and a dedicated staff grew through one of the worst financial crises in U.S. history — adding market share, people, and new branches without ever running a single advertisement.
