Kye Cavin

Kye is passionate about serving families and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. His strong work ethic and commitment to his clients are rooted in the values he developed as a student-athlete and leader.

Kye graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University at just 20 years old, where he played college football and was a 30-game starter. He was recognized as a leader and served as a captain at every level, including Rockwall High School and Oklahoma Baptist University. His experience as an athlete taught him discipline, preparation, accountability, and the importance of always giving his best, which are values he brings to every client relationship.

For Kye, a home is about more than a mortgage. Growing up, his home was a place where his family made memories and found comfort and belonging. That experience fuels his passion for helping other families find a place they can call home.
