Ian purchased his first home at 25 years old and in that whirlwind never really understood what happened. The communication from his Loan Officer wasn’t stellar and no one took the time to explain what he and his wife were getting themselves into. It seemed like they were just a number in a long line of numbers. To which Ian decided there had to be a better way

As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer Ian is bringing the communication and professionalism back to Mortgage and works fiercely to keep you in the loop with as to what is going on. He will always answer a call or text as soon as is humanly possible. He understands that this is more than just your home. This is the biggest investment of your lifetime. His motto is to “over communicate clarity”

Ian is equally obsessive about following Christ, the one who gives meaning to his existence, and about His family. Ian is dad to his son Charlie and Daughter Marla and has been blissfully married to his beautiful Kaitlin for many years. He still passionately plays and records music in his free time as much as possible and is teaching “little man” to play drums as well.
